I'm using version 5, I know it's limited.

I have to label items in my simple drawings with item numbers to reference the bill of material in a table in the corner of the drawing. I typically have seen leaders with a circle on the end with an item number in it. Is there an option with nanoCAD?

Your version 5 mustn't be affected, you can install newer version to try and don't delete existing.
