Hello!

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Upon opening the template that I have been using for years on Windows 7, in Windows 10, it looks as though everything has been 'crushed' - the text runs into each other, etc (see screenshot). However, when I open it on an older machine with Windows 7 - it is all back to normal.

What is happening here?
I can't adjust the template because when it prints out it prints correctly and adjusting it would make it come out incorrectly.

I have tried opening the programs in compatibility mode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kind Regards

The text style just says "Standard"

I am not looking to change the font.

Your screenshot shows something what might happened when some fonts, that was previously, now are missing and exchanged by defaults.
I would recommend to check it in order to try to fix the problem.
"Standard" - is text style, but not the font name.
To see what font is covered by Standard style call command STYLE, there you can see font name.
If in your template was some custom font, missing after upgrade, then text might behave like on screenshot.
To fix this you can copy custom font to new system.
If not only text behaves unexpectedly, then something else might be the reason.
