There are a couple of work arounds to get this correct but it would be much more convenient and logical to have a custom option in the gui scale box:

I learnt the other day how to use a custom measurement scale as I required sections on a sheet at 1:25 with dimensioning (not an unheard of scale but not available from the list).
There are a couple of work arounds to get this correct but it would be much more convenient and logical to have a custom option in the gui scale box:
