HI there,
Using Nanocad 21 with windows 11,
I get no thumbnail previews in either windows explorer or when trying to open a file from within Nanocad. Is there a variable that needs to be set?
Cheers
Fred

Hi, Fred,
It had been something similar with some win11 machines, but it was solved with one of win11 upgrading.
There was no need to set any variables, if I'm not mistaken.
Do you still having this issue?

I'm having the same problem with new files created or saved in Nanocad. All older files that were created in AutoCAD show thumbnails but not new Nanocad files. Even the files ceated in AutoCAD will sometimes stop showing thumbnails but I've found that if I have a drawing open and type 'Insert Block' then pick "Browse" and go look in the folder where the drawing or drawings that aren't showing thumbnails are located, the thumbnails will show up in the Nanocad "Select File" window, and will also then show up in Windows Explorer. Nanocad files still don't show thumbnails even after doing this.
