After I use the block definition dialog and click "OK" then try and insert that block, it's not on the list. The dialog gives me no opportunity to see where the block has been saved so I don't know where to look when I choose insert block. I'm assuming there's a default block location. If so, where is it?

Default = 0,0,0 (origin)
When you create a block, specify a point with pick point ( Center for a circle block, left down for a rectangle, etc...)
Best regards
