When opening nanoCAD whole screen is darkening

Hello,

When i open nanoCAD i can clearly see how my monitor is darkening. When i minimize the program my monitor brightens. I have never seen such a case with any other program. Does anyone know remedy for this? It's important for me, becouse after some time my eyes hurt a lot.
