MTEXT properties window missing

x64 Plus version 20.0.5147.3538, but this has happened on older versions.

Using MTEXT, when I edit the text, the normal dialog box that allows the choice of fonts, character widths etc. has gone missing. I am using multiple (3) monitors and I believe that is relevant. I seem to recall recovering this menu in the past by luck, but I am not having any today. Is there a way to find this invisible dialog box and get it back on screen? It is not on the foreground of any of my monitors.

Some other types of software I use have a "reset panels" button to resolve these sorts of issues. If there is something like this or a registry edit I can perform to fix this please let me know. And If I discover a means, I will reply.
