Question regarding Circle by two tangents and radius?

Downloaded nanoCAD to trial. Stuck already. Sigh. Simple thing - Tan, Tan, Radius . . . draw two perpendicular lines. Draw circle tangent to the lines by specifying a radius.

Note; already watched tutorial video regarding circles and ellipses, which at 2:26 of 4:28 shows exactly this (https://www.youtube....h?v=LqfrB6e2iXg) but unfortunately, this menu command is not visible in the software. Also, menus in software look some different from this video (dated 2019).

Is nanoCAD free crippled in this regard? Or am I merely looking in the wrong place?
