Hello, new to nanocad 2020.

Trying to use ordinate dimensions. Works fine in X axis but I cannot figure out how to make ordinate dimensions in Y axis.

Me too !

In general, to avoid these inconveniences, I never use these variants of tools (rating and others). Too much difference in ergonomics depending on the software.
For dimensions of this type I use a modified dimension so that it takes the desired appearance. Same for NGF quotation (altitudes) ...
So I favor my work habits rather than my knowledge of the specifics of the software.

En général, pour éviter ces désagréments, je n'utilise jamais ces variantes d'outils (cotation et autres). Trop de différence d'ergonomie selon les logiciels.
Pour les cotes de ce type j'utilise une cotation modifiée pour qu'elle prenne l'apparence voulue. Idem pour les cotation NGF (altitudes)...

Ainsi je favorise mes habitudes de travail plutôt que ma connaissance des spécificités du logiciel.
