Model Space Changes Not in Viewports

I thought that when you make a change in model space that goes to the viewports in your layouts also. I just recently started using NanoCAD and what appears in the viewport doesn't change from when I first created it.. Is there a setting I need to change?

Sure everything changes - viewport is just a view of modelspace, it doesn't have to be updated or something else. Could you attach an example with description what works wrong?
