Plus 10 does not open dwg files

We have compatibility issues of nanoCAD Plus 10 with files created with new versions of AutoCAD.
Nanocad Plus 10, when trying to open a .dwg file created with later versions of AutoCAD 13, generates the fatal error message.
The strange thing is that the same file is quietly opened by nanoCAD Plus 8.
Do you have configuration suggestions to work around this problem?

Hello. Try to open NC 10, then use main menu - Utility - Recover to open the file.

Hello, the problem is not solved by using the recover feature.
NanoCAD 10 opens the file only if you first open the file with nanoCAD plu 8 and export to autoCAD 13.
(the license of nanocad 8 will expire soon
)
