i have a tech drawing on scale 1:1 now i want to fit on a2 paper on scale 1:200 but how?
do i have to make the drawing again?

Hi.
You have to make A2 sheet and put a new viewport with 1/200 = 0,005 scale factor. Then you'll have to set annoattion scale to 1:200 if you are planning to put measures and texts in the model space.
