In my drawings I often use costruction note. When I send this drawing to people who uses Autocad, sometimes, not all the times, they don't see the construction note but the message "mcsDbObjectNotePosition". No matter which version of dwg file I save to, even if the proxyshow variable is set to 1, they can't see the construction note. What could it be the problem?

nanoCAD creates own notes, they differ from Autocad notes, so Autocad cannot recognize them.

Are your notes visible in Autocad in the drawing space?

The strange thing is that sometimes I can see the notes in autocad (but I can't edit them) and sometimes I can't. I figured out that it's happening when i edit an existing autocad file, could it be? If I create my file in nanocad I can se the notes...

It would be helpful if you could send me your drawing file with notes - visible and not visible.
What version of nanoCAD do you use?

Maybe you created file "not visible" in nanoCAD Plus 7? There was a problem with scale of notes.
I can advice you to copy all objects to new drawing file in nanoCAD Plus 8, it should help.
