I have NanoCad5 free version for comercial use and my key licence for 1 year will expear in a coople days.
I try to get another year key licence in wizard register buy without success.

In wizard register tell me the my nanocad version is outdate and dont sendme another key.

I need to get a new licence key

Do we have to wait until the license actually expires to renew it?

I've got a similar issue (license will expire in a few days). Just tried to renew it via online and email, and in both cases it just gave me the same license that I've been using (not extended, will still expire in a few days).

no, we can update your license before it expires, just send the message to Support Center.
