Change of company e-mail domain

Hello,
the e-mail domain of company my has changed and I need to extend my licence of NanoCAD 5.0 that just expired. Since my licence is with hardware binding I suppose I cant start a new registration? Can You please extend my licence or change my registered e-mail? The new domain is @howden.com
