Problem with dimensioning in paper space

1)
I have big problem with dimensioning in paper space.
Example of drawing:

I can't catch any element in viewport.
What must I do or change in settings?
2)
After editing the block disappears a toolbar 'refedit".
How can I stop it?
EDIT:
Only after exploding objects 3DSOLID, REGION managed to be dimensioned in the paper space.

Hello,
1) nanoCAD is 2D editor, it can load and display 3D objects, but not has full support for editing/dimensioning functions.
2) Use REFCLOSE command to end session.
