Select overlap line

Hello,
I do not know why before when I clicked on a line over another, I had a menu that appeared so that I could select the line I wanted but this menu does not appear anymore.
I have looked on the forum and some people say i need to activate the Show selection dialog option in the View menu. However this option is well selected.
I would really like to recover this option which was very useful to me.

I downloaded version 11 pro because the software was good for me and I don't have this problem anymore.
The bug was on version 5 free

Hi.
1st reason is disabled feature. You can toggle it woth Ctrl+W.
2nd reason is flew away window. No idea how to fix (maybe reset all registry settings - just delete them). Or use some window manipulation utilities (like winforce20beta or any other) to bring the window to the screen.
