On my Nanocad when I launch a print job, the system adds a 10mm "custom" border.
On my Brother laser, If I print an A4, it shows me as printing area of 411,57 x 288.63mm but I know the printr can ave smaller margins (printing from pdf, for example)

Same and mainly for my Hp DesignJet T120 plotter.
It prints 610mm paper, I used it with nanocad for years.

With Nanocad I have same problem: I can't print on the whole 610mm area, it "narrows" at 599.61mm. This is the worst scenario: all my previously set drawing s I printed before with Autocad are rotated, or in worst case not fully printed (I have a lot of layouts 610x1000, 610x1200 and so on...).

How Nanocad "detects/desides" paper margins, and how to correct/remove them?

Hello Omar,
nanoCAD takes all settings from the printer. Please, open its settings from the list of installed printers in Windows. Click one of two buttons: "Personalizzato" or "Impostazioni" (I don't know which of them, I have only Russian system), then select "Maximum". See attached screenshot. It displays Russian language, but I think, you will understand what to do:
