Hi

nanoCad has been installed yesterday - was working correctly.

Since today I can not work on nanoCAD.

Program do not react after load.

A few seconds later occurred information: FATAL ERROR! Application cannot continue execution. Perform last chance saving action? Yes / No / Help - butons.

Windows 10 , 64

what command did you use? What version of nanoCAD do you use?

Hi

nanoCAD has been installed from file "NCE50(2007)" so it is free version of nanoCAD 5.0.

I just click on DWG file, program always start, after load a drawing the program is freeze and occured information FATAL ERROR.
Should I reinstall program ?

you shouldn't reinstall it.
1. try to start the program from desktop shortcut or Start menu. Does it work?
2. check the version of .dwg file, because nanoCAD 5 cannot work with dwg2018 format.
How to check dwg version: open the drawing file with any text editor (notepad, for example). At the beginning of text you will see the following code: AC10XX, where XX can be: 32, 27, 24, 21,...
AC1032 code means that the file has dwg2018 format. You can use nanoCAD Plus/Pro to work with these files.

Unfortunately point 1 doesn't work - still FATAL ERROR.
Additionally I i checked dwg file version : AC1015
I will reinstall.

Reinstallation solved the problem.
