Hi,
Anyone come up with a way to bring all z values to zero?

Not sure it's possible by single command for all objects in your drawing without script - different types of objects have different properties for z coordinate. But you can Select All, then use Quick Filter to select one type of objects, than change Z-coordinate in Properties dialog.
