Hello everyone,
My end user want to open one .dwg file in nanoCad 5.0 but cannot be opened. The interface stuck but this .dwg file can be opened in DraftSight 2018. I tried to repair this file in nanoCad and opened again in nanoCad, still not successful. Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

Hello.
Find out what version of DWG is the file. NC 5 can't open DWG 2018. Maybe that is the problem.

It is DWG version 2007/2008/2009.
