The setup informs who you must install the Microsoft Visual C + + 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.30729.17, but it is already installed.
I checked in Control Panel, the program is already installed.
On the other machine is a requirement. NET, but also already installed.
Already redid the download, hoping that at first there was a failure, but still the same problem.

Try to disable VC++ Runtime prerequisite by editing setup.ini file:
  • Unpack the installer: NCE35(...).exe -gf128+10 -nr
  • Edit setup.ini, comment [PreReq2] section with ";"
;[PreReq2]
;Name=Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.30729.17
;Url=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=A5C84275-3B97-4AB7-A40D-3802B2AF5FC2
;InstPath=#Root#\PreReq\vcredist_x86.exe
;InstParams="#InstPath#" /Q
;RegPath=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{9A25302D-30C0-39D9-BD6F-21E6EC160475}\DisplayVersion
;RegCond=STRING>=9.0.30729
;OSbit=0

Hello,

could you send me a copy of license request with boot drive e: ( you can just copy information from Registration Wizard ) and I'll try to make license manually.

Best regards,
Seva.
