I am using NanoCad 5.0.2520.1471 Build 2000 and am trying to add a hatch to a rectangular box.
I have followed the help instructions but am unable to add a hatch. Never had an issue with AutoCad, but have no way to get it in NanoCad.
I can get as far as a blue line showing, but no hatch!

Any help would be great.

Hello Steve,
hatch is invisible on your drawing. Use SH button in the status bar to show hatches.

If you have time. one other question.
I have a leader with text. How do I place the text items vertically instead of horizontally?

select leader and use right grip to rotate the text:
