I have a mode that I'm trying to move across to the A3 model via viewports -> rectangle ->

It displaying on the layout - yet very small.

Hello Andy,
it seems that you copied all the drawing to A3 layout, there is no viewports.
When you create a viewport on layout - you can change its scale - in Inspector or in active viewport when zoom it.
