there is no official French version. You can contact Developers' Club - they translated nanoCAD, maybe there is French version.

Bonjour,
avec Pilou (Forum SketchUcation de Sketchup) on a traduit le fichier de NanoCad (nCad.wld).
Je m'occupe de la partie interface pour les ajustements de la traduction dans les boites de dialogues, par exemple.
Mais les menus restent en Anglais. Que doit-on faire pour finaliser la traduction du logiciel ?

with Pilou (Sketchup SketchUcation Forum) we translated the NanoCad file (nCad.wld).
