I keep having this issue, the program stops saving, no warning, no nothing, I click save and it just doesn't save. I have also tried "save as" and it refuses to save. No back up files, no nothing but lost work. I just lost 1.5 hours of work and I'm on a dead line. This isn't cool at all. To be honest, saving a couple of hundred dollars a year for the cost difference between Autocad and this program just isn't worth it, I just lost that money and will lose that much more redoing the drawings.

Where are your files placed? in your PC /in a flash disk /in a network?
Did you set .bak, .original and .autosave files in Options - AutoSave and Backup? What is the time of autosaving? What is the folder for .autosave files? It is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\ by default.

Hi,
what version do you use?
Does this problem appear on every file or specific? If on specific, try this solution: http://support.nanoc...n.sd?solID=9901

Try saving in different formats, but it is not work. When I try to close the program, there comes a window to save the changes. Press save, but nothing happens. Again press close and again the same window.
When I tr to export or copy, the program stop working.

I have the same problem. The file will not save on the original location (cloud folder).
However, if I try to save on a local folder (ex: desktop), it saves.

When you click "Save as" - standard window of saving appears, it is from operation system, programm uses it's API here.
Cloud folder - is it open, does it need any permission to write in it?
Can you, please, describe a little bit more about this cloud - provider, operation system, etc?

Hello Francisco,
what version of nanoCAD do you use? If it is nanoCAD 5, this version cannot work with cloud drives and network folders correctly.

Which cloud do you use?
