Support e-mail not working & Download file warning

I have tried to contact NanoCAD a couple of times by e-mail due to problems with downloading files and I get a message saying that the support@nanocad.com e-mail is not recognised. Why is this shown as a contact method on the website if it is not valid?

What is the best way to contact the company?

The latest reason for contacting NanoCAD is due to a warning showing when downloading NanoCAD Pro trial software 64bit version. The warning is about signature file being incorrect - see screenshot of attached image.

Hello Richard,

support@nanocad.com is working, we got a lot of e-mails every day. You can contact by e-mail or send me message to PM in this forum.
Try to reload nanoCAD Pro - I think file is broken, it 1 MB less then it should be ( 603 MB). Digital Signature should be "ZAO Nanosoft".

Thanks for the reply. The file downloaded was 602 MB - I will try again in a day or two.
