I have a problem with nanoCAD 3. The problem is when I open a drawing on the model or layout drawing I see a few seconds or until you move the mouse and then goes to see him not, Actually it turns out that the drawing turns squeeze when the left-hand mouse button and immediately shut down but there just is not visible

I have the same issue. I go to draw something and everything disappears. If I hold my left mouse click down it reappears for a second in the back ground. I thought maybe it was a setting I could turn off and on or maybe it had something to do with the layers but I have yet to find out how to get this to work.

Try to switch to another Graphics hardware acceleration settings in settings in Tools - Options -System settings.
