subscription problems

Hi,

I bought the subscription for nanocad 7pro 4 days ago, after the month trial, and I received the paiement confirmation.

In my account, the link for the order is not working and my subscription doesnt show. Now I need it to work and I have no serial...

All the emails I sent to support and customer services bounced as spam...

Please help... I need it as soon as possible,
