Hi All,

I have created a drawing sheet and the client logo is inserted as a PNG file. All looks fine all the time I am working on my PC but as soon as I email the sheet to anyone, it loses the image and the recipient can see all the drawing sheet linework and text, but no logo.

I have looked at XREF and the option to bind the image file is greyed out. Is there a work-around?

I have inserted image files before and not had a problem, but they have been in modelspace - is this just a paperspace thing, or is there a setting I have missed?

Thanks,
Phil

Update - if I insert the PNG file randomly in modelspace as well as in its correct place on the drawing sheet in paperspace and then email the drawing to someone else, when the recipient opens the file, the image is displayed in modelspace and in paperspace
