I'm changing the DIMSCALE, but when I create a new dimension always comes 1:1.

I've tried changing the "Dimension Style Manager" but also new dimensions do not obey.

Hello Nayara,
if you need to change the scale of dimension, then use Symbol scale from status bar or use Scale in Inspector.

There was bug with Dimension Style manager, will be fixed in new version.

I use NanoCAD 5.0, today I downloaded version 7.0 to see if the problem had been resolved, but the scale is still always 1:1 in modelspace.

Try to do the following:
Open Tools - Advanced settings - Main options tab - Edit - Scale dimensions - No.
After this action DIMSCALE should work normally.
