My crosshair disappears.
After a few minutes of operation I can to see it when it is on my drawing , but when I point at the empty space disappears.

Please help!

I had the same problem and solved it by accident.
In nanoCAD open 'Help' and click on 'Video subsystem performance check (OpenGL)'
Click 'Test' it goes through it's routine and a dialogue box opens with information.
Click 'Close'.
If it asks if you want to optimize settings then follow instructions.
