This is probably a dumb question, but I am unable to select the center point of a line to either move or drawing from/to. I was able to do this on other cad programs (draftsight), but for some reason I cannot figure this out. Assistance would be welcomed!

check is snap to the Midpoint is on or use running snap by Ctlr+right click.
