I'm strongly considering buying this software, but having trouble with one very basic command. I've downloaded a trial version; most of the commands I am competent with.
When I attempt to draw a rectangle however, it allows me to type in a number for the 'x' distance, but I cannot type in a number for the 'y' distance. In a very old version of AutoCad I used to type @, followed by x number comma followed by y number. I have tried everything including watching youtube and the internal 'help' on this command, but with no joy. I would be grateful for help on this.

Hi.
Use comma or Tab to select second dimension. "@" now works only in the command line. So just enter 100,200.

Thanks. The comma doesn't work. The 'tab' key works; I hadn't thought of that. Thanks again and best regards.
