Problem with Registration - Server busy error

Hello. I installed nanocad a few days ago and I have been trying to complete registration ever since but I always get a "Server busy" error. I would appreciate any help with this. Thank you very much.

Hello,
you can get license by e-mail, choose this option in Registration Wizard.
New nanoCAD Plus 11 is released!
We added dozens of new commands and features and made the user interface even more clear and consistent.

I tried, but it wants me to create an Outlook profile which I won't do. Can I simply send an email to support@nanocad.com from gmail?
