Isometric Pipe Drawing question

I'm new to NanoCad and have been stumbling around the Free version. Now i'm ready to buy one of the other products and I want to know which one would be the best choice for drawing simple ios pipe drawings like the attachments.

Hello,

It is possible to draw isometric pipelines (at least basic lines,optional details on pipes must be drawn manually) in free nanoCAD 5.0.

I made an basic example of image you posted.
