Some files open, others do not. Error message is vague and not helpful

"Unknown error. Close app, restart Windows and try again. If the message appears, contact tech support"

I've already contacted tech support, but their website doesn't work to check the status of the ticket.


I've tried various .dwg and .dxf files. Some work, some don't. Some are older, some are not. This is incredibly unreliable.

That happens when dwg file is newer than what NanoCAD can support. It can only support/open an older type of autocad dwg file, not the newest ones.
